Janice Rodriguez

Janice Rodriguez, SHRM-CP, is an experienced human resources professional with a strong background in HR management and administrative support. Currently serving as Human Resources Manager at Water Mission since January 2018, responsibilities include overseeing HR programs related to compensation, benefits, and performance management, as well as policy development in collaboration with the HR Director. Previous roles at Water Mission included Human Resources Specialist and Administrative Assistant, where Janice provided comprehensive administrative support, maintained employee records, and managed onboarding and offboarding processes. Prior experience includes roles at Island Park Properties, Hertz, and teaching positions at both Hillsdale Christian Academy and Calvary Christian School. Janice holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Elementary Education from Bob Jones University.
