Norm Brinkley has extensive experience in leadership and community engagement, currently serving as Associate Pastor at Water of Life Community Church since May 2016, focusing on cultural engagement with immigrants and refugees in Southern California. Prior to this role, Brinkley was the CEO of GEO from December 2012 to April 2016, emphasizing sustainable development within global communities. Additionally, Brinkley held the position of International Director of Relief & Development for HISG in the Middle East and North Africa from June 2007 to January 2013 and served as Country Leader at OM from 2004 to 2007. Brinkley holds a Bachelor's degree in Historic Literature and Sociology from Azusa Pacific University and has pursued education at Talbot Graduate School, California State University, Fullerton, and Mount San Antonio College.
