Leslie Walsh Sphr, Grp

Leslie Walsh, SPHR, GRP has a diverse work experience spanning various roles in human resources. Leslie is currently the Director of Global Human Resources at Water.org, where they oversee global HR operations and is responsible for developing compensation, benefits, and family leave practices. Prior to this, Leslie served as the Interim Human Resources Director and the Senior Manager of Global HR Operations at Water.org.

Before joining Water.org, Leslie worked at NBH Bank as an AVP and Human Resources Manager, where they were responsible for the development and administration of HR programs and policies. Leslie also worked as a Total Rewards Analyst and an Executive Compensation Specialist at H&R Block, World Headquarters, where they specialized in compensation and rewards.

Leslie gained early experience in the banking industry as a Bank Teller at First National Bank and later worked as an Analyst in the Management Career Track at the Federal Reserve Bank of Kansas City.

In addition to their professional roles, Leslie also served as the VP of Communications at the Kansas City Compensation & Benefits Association. With their extensive experience and expertise in human resources, Leslie brings valuable knowledge and skills to the organizations they work with.

Leslie Walsh, SPHR, GRP obtained a Bachelor's degree in Business and Public Administration with a focus in Finance from the University of Missouri-Kansas City. In December 2013, Leslie earned the certification of Senior Professional in Human Resources (SPHR) from the HR Certification Institute - HRCI.
