Caroline C.'s work experience includes various roles in communications and media. Caroline currently works as an Internal Communications Manager - Diversity and Inclusion at WaterAid. Caroline C. holds a MComn degree in Internal Communication and Stakeholder Relationship Management from De Haagse Hogeschool / The Hague University of Applied Sciences, which they obtained from 2009 to 2010. Prior to that, they completed their Higher National Diploma in Mass Communication from Federal Polytechnic Oko from 2000 to 2002, and their National Diploma in Mass Communication from the same institution from 1997 to 1999. Caroline has also obtained additional certifications, including "Race, Gender and Workplace Equity" from CatalystX in April 2022 and "MKT2x: Reputation Management in a Digital World" from CurtinX in November 2021.
