Elior Doani has a diverse work experience in various roles related to social media management, marketing, and creative strategy. In 2019, they worked as a Media & Partnerships Intern at Manning Gottlieb OMD, where they gained insights into the functions of a media agency. They also worked as a Marketing Executive at Suzy D, responsible for administrative duties within the marketing team. In 2020, Elior was a Creative Strategy Intern at Israel Unlimited- Creative Luxury Experience and VMAL Ltd. They then joined OurCrowd as a Social Media Executive in 2021. In the same year, they worked as an Account Executive at both Barboni Strategies and Atalanta. In 2022, Elior was a Freelance Community Manager at My Best Product Ever and later became a Social Media Manager at BOSH! by Henry Firth & Ian Theasby, where they also served as a Social Media Executive. Currently, Elior is working at WaterAid as a Social Media Manager, advocating for clean water, decent toilets, and good hygiene as basic human rights.

Elior Doani began their education history by attending JFS School from 2008 to 2015, where they completed their GCSEs and A Levels. Then, in 2016, Elior enrolled at the University of Nottingham and pursued a Bachelor's degree in International Management, which they completed in 2020. During their time at the University of Nottingham, Elior also participated in an exchange program at UNSW in 2017 and 2018, focusing on International Business with German. Subsequently, from 2023 to 2027, Elior attended Middlesex University, earning a Master's degree in Child & Adolescent Psychotherapy.

Furthermore, Elior has obtained several certifications throughout their education journey. In 2013, they obtained the Open Water Diver certification from PADI. In 2018, Elior completed the Digital Coms Certification and the Brand Ambassador Certification from Coorpacademy. In 2020, they acquired the Business with Purpose Insight Specialist certification from Advertising Week and participated in the Open House Online Training Programme at M&C Saatchi London.
