Mette Fløe Nielsen

Mette Fløe Nielsen is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in fostering sustainable impact through various leadership roles. As a Founding Partner at VÅR Ventures, Mette focuses on investments in ed-tech, energy innovation, and food and agriculture. Mette also serves as a mentor for the Cartier Women's Initiative, a board member for Kvasir Technologies and WaterBear Network, and a member of the grant committee for Fonden for Entreprenørskab. Previously, Mette founded The Impact Collective and held roles as a Director at MIL Invest, a member of the jury for EY Entrepreneur Of The Year, and Chairperson of the Advisory Board for Milton Around the World. Mette's educational background includes a Master's degree from the University of Copenhagen and ITIL certifications from APM Group, complemented by a language officer training in Russian from the Danish Military.
