Shannon Runzheimer

Shannon Runzheimer serves as Assistant General Counsel at WaterBridge since 2020, specializing in the representation of domestic and international financial institutions in various credit facilities, particularly in the energy sector. Prior experience includes three years at Bracewell LLP, initially as an Associate and previously as a Summer Associate, along with Summer Associate roles at Baker Botts and Bracewell & Giuliani LLP. Shannon began their legal career as a Legal Assistant at Conner & Lindamood, P.C. Additionally, Shannon has an extensive background in dance, having performed with organizations such as the Houston Grand Opera, Lyric Opera of Chicago, and Nashville Ballet. Educational credentials include a Juris Doctor from the University of Pennsylvania Carey Law School and a Bachelor of Arts in Dance and Theatre from The University of Alabama.
