Brittney Ward

Brittney Ward, M.S. CCSA, is an experienced professional in the field of forensic science with a strong background in crime scene investigation. Since April 2017, Brittney has served as the Civilian Crime Scene Technician Supervisor at Waterbury Police Department, following a role as a crime scene technician. Brittney began the journey in forensics as an intern within the Forensics Unit at Waterbury Police Department in 2015. Prior experience includes operational roles at Connecticut's Beardsley Zoo and Lake Compounce Amusement Park, where safety and customer service were key responsibilities. Educational achievements comprise a Master of Science in Forensic Science from the University of New Haven and a Bachelor of Applied Science in Forensic Science from Bay Path University.
