Emma Simm has a strong background in health, safety, and wellness. Emma worked as a Health, Safety and Wellness Business Partner at Watercare Services Limited from December 2014 onwards, where they provided technical advice and participated in the development of HSEMS systems and procedures. Prior to this, they were a Health and Safety Advisor at Griffins Foods Limited from December 2011 to December 2014, where they executed the company's Health & Safety Management system and focused on creating a zero harm culture.
