Jamaine Naicker

Jamaine Naicker is an experienced IT leader with a robust portfolio in digital applications and engineering, currently serving as the Head of Digital Applications at Watercare Services Limited since July 2019. Jamaine has successfully led multiple critical teams, ensuring the delivery of high-quality software solutions across various functions, including Development, DevOps, Testing, and GIS. Previous roles include GM of IT Strategy and Development at Equifax, where Jamaine spearheaded IT strategy execution for data analytics and credit bureau services, and IT Manager at nib New Zealand, leading a team in backend software development and IT project management. Jamaine holds a degree in Information Technology from Durban University of Technology and has a strong foundation in Agile methodologies, project delivery, and team leadership throughout a diverse IT career.
