Jenny Wigley is an experienced professional in customer insights and research, currently serving as a Customer Insights Specialist at Watercare Services Limited since February 2019. In this role, Jenny leads strategic initiatives to enhance customer engagement and trust while educating communities on water use and environmental outcomes.
