Kelvin Stuart is an experienced supply chain and procurement professional with a comprehensive background spanning nearly four decades. Currently serving as the Supply Chain Systems and Capability Manager at Watercare Services Limited since December 2015, Kelvin focuses on implementing best practice supply chain strategies and developing capabilities aligned with organizational goals.
