Sarah Phillips

Sarah Phillips is an experienced HR professional with a progressive career in people and capability management. Currently serving as Chief People Officer at Watercare Services Limited since March 2018, Sarah has held multiple leadership roles within the organization, including GM People & Capability and Head of People & Capability. Prior to this, Sarah worked as an Interim HR Business Partner at Freudenberg Sealing Technologies and was a People & Capability Business Partner at Watercare Services Limited. Sarah's earlier experience includes significant roles at Serco, where responsibilities ranged from strategic project leadership to senior management in human resources, and as an HR Advisor at the Department of Corrections. Sarah holds a degree from Massey University, obtained between 2014 and 2016.
