Kim Sviben

In 1986, Kim became a nurse and jumpstarted her career in long term care. She spent 12 years serving seniors in a skilled nursing facility before transitioning to assisted living. It was there that Kim discovered her passion for the senior population. She loves their stories, welcomes their wisdom and is grateful to be a part of their days.

Kim also spent several years as a Resident Wellness Director and always treasures her time spent enjoying the residents and having fun with them. She has held roles of Community Resource Coordinator and Executive Director. She is especially grateful for the senior living environment that allows her to build relationships with families and travel with them on their journey and be a trusted advisor during difficult times. She has also been fortunate to be a part of committees and giving back to my community.
