Shipra Baranwal

Shipra Baranwal has a diverse work experience spanning multiple industries and roles. Shipra is currently the Director - Client Experience at Waterfield Advisors, a leading Independent Multi-Family Office and Wealth Advisory Firm in India. Prior to this, they were a Consultant at the same company. Shipra also co-founded and served as the Business Head of Live From A Lounge, a prominent Indian website focused on travel and credit card reward points. At Ten Lifestyle Group, they held various roles such as Head of Member Satisfaction| Asia-Pacific and Operations & Strategy -India, where they worked on member experience, analytics, loyalty strategy, project management, and market research. Shipra also had a role as an MBA Participant at HEC Paris and worked as a Consultant for the Bill & Melinda Gates Foundation on a project related to financial inclusion in Kenya. Shipra's earlier experience includes a role in business development and marketing strategy at RoopShree Sarees and positions at British Airways, including Operations Manager and Customer Service Executive.

Shipra Baranwal attended Welham Girls' School in Dehradun from 1994 to 2002 for their primary and secondary education. Shipra then studied at Mount Carmel College in Bangalore from 2002 to 2005, where they obtained an Undergraduate degree in Commerce. Later, they pursued their MBA at HEC Paris from 2012 to 2013.
