Brad Murdock

Brad Murdock has a diverse work experience spanning several roles and industries. Brad is currently the Chief Operating Officer at WaterFleet, LLC, a position they have held since September 2022. Prior to that, they served as the Director of Operations at WaterFleet from October 2016 to September 2022.

Before joining WaterFleet, Brad worked at Warren Cat, where they held various managerial positions. These included being the Rental Power Business Unit Manager from April 2016 to October 2016, the Rental / Petroleum Power Solutions Manager from February 2013 to April 2016, and the Product Support Sales Manager from April 2008 to February 2013.

Earlier in their career at Warren Cat, Brad also served as the Power Systems Division Branch Manager from August 2007 to April 2008, the Six Sigma Deployment Champion from August 2006 to August 2007, the Six Sigma Master Black Belt from August 2004 to August 2006, and the Six Sigma Black Belt from August 2003 to August 2004.

Brad began their professional journey at Warren Cat as a Management Training / Leadership Development Program Trainee from May 2001 to August 2002, after which they worked as the CSA Coordinator from August 2002 to August 2003.

Brad Murdock obtained a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration and Management, with a focus on General Business, from the Mays Business School at Texas A&M University. Brad attended the school from 1995 to 2001. In addition to their degree, Brad also holds several certifications. In 2004, they obtained a certification as a 6 Sigma Black Belt from George Group. The following year, in 2005, they obtained a certification as a 6 Sigma Master Black Belt from Caterpillar Inc. Finally, in 2006, Brad obtained a certification in Design For Six Sigma (DFSS) from Caterpillar Inc.
