Mary Fenton

Mary Fenton is the current head of the Education Department at Waterford Institute of Technology. Mary has previously worked as the External Services Manager at Institute of Technology Tralee from May 1998 to November 2004, and as an Enterprise Development Officer at South East Region Chambers of Commerce from January 1996 to May 1998.

Mary Fenton completed a PhD in Entrepreneurship Education at St Patrick's College, Drumcondra. Mary also holds an MBS by research in Campus Incubation and Entrepreneurship from IT Tralee, as well as an MA in Marketing Management from Trinity College Dublin. Her undergraduate degree is a BSc (Hons) in Management and Marketing Management from DIT College of Marketing and Design.

Mary Fenton reports to Helen Murphy, Head of School, Lifelong Learning & Education. They work with Neil Quinlan - Head of Department, Lifelong Learning, Laura Widger - Assistant Head of Department, School of Lifelong Learning & Education.
