Amy Casey

Amy Casey has a strong background in philanthropic communications and strategic growth. Amy is currently the Senior Director of Philanthropic Communications & Strategic Growth at Waterford.org, where they have successfully secured large grants and manages donor/investor pipeline development. Prior to that, they worked at Outward Bound USA as the Director of Institutional Partnerships and Associate Director of Institutional Giving, where they led national strategic partnerships programs and managed grant collaborations. Amy also has experience at Aperio Philanthropy as the Managing Director and Director of Client Services, where they raised $10 million in strategic consulting and served as a subject matter expert in transformational gifts communications. Amy began their career at the National 4-H Council, where they were the Senior Manager of Principal Gifts Writing and Resource Development Writing Manager, writing successful proposals and stewarding funding. Amy also worked at Odell, Simms & Lynch, Inc. as the Director of Strategic Services and Manager of Research. Overall, Amy Casey has a proven track record of securing funding and driving strategic growth in the philanthropic sector.

Amy Casey completed their Bachelor of Arts (BA) degree in American Studies at Smith College from 2001 to 2005. Amy then pursued a Master's Degree in History at George Mason University from 2005 to 2007.
