Stan Stukov has worked in various roles in the technology industry since 1992. From 1992 to 1994, they held engineering management positions at Intel, working with software companies to optimize their products for Intel Architecture. In 1994, they became Head of Software Development and VP of Informatics at Incyte Corporation, and in 1999, Incyte acquired Synteni, where they were Head of Software Development. From 1999 to 2001, they were VP of Engineering at Broadbase Software and KANA, and from 2001 to 2007, they were SVP of Engineering and Offshore Operations at NebuAd. From 2009 to 2018, they were President and Chairman of the Board at VinTelligent, Inc., Chairman of the Board of Directors at Knowledge Loop, Inc., and Managing Member at QWERTY, LLC. Finally, in 2021, they became Vice President of Engineering at WaterGuru.

Stan Stukov earned their Bachelor of Science (BS) in Electrical Engineering and Computer Science (EECS) with a minor in Mathematics and Statistics from the University of California, Berkeley between 1989 and 1991. Stan then went on to earn their Master of Science (MS) in Computer Science from San Francisco State University between 1991 and 1992. Prior to that, they obtained their Bachelor of Science (BS) in Engineering and Information Technology from Kiev University between 1985 and 1989. In addition, Stan Stukov holds a PMP Certificate from UC Berkeley Extension, obtained in June 2008, as well as a Six Sigma Black Belt from the International Association for Six Sigma Certification.
