Gina Weekley Ma, Cnp, Cdp®

Gina Weekley, MA, CNP, CDP® currently serves as the Director of Equity, Inclusion, and Belonging at Waterloo Community School District. With a background in various roles within education and non-profit organizations, Gina also co-founded Weekley Connection, LLC where Gina acts as the CEO. Gina has a strong history of supporting at-risk students and youth development, including positions such as At-Risk Student Supports Coordinator and Senior Director of Youth Development. Gina holds a Master of Arts in Non-Profit/Public/Organizational Management from the University of Northern Iowa and is currently pursuing a Doctor of Education in Organizational Leadership from Baylor University.
