Bill Lemon

Bill Lemon is an experienced educator currently serving as the Superintendent of Student Achievement & Well-Being at the Waterloo Region District School Board since September 2007, where leadership and support are provided to system leaders to enhance student outcomes. Prior roles include Principal and Vice Principal at the same school board, as well as Mathematics Teacher, reflecting a strong background in educational administration and teaching. Bill's earlier experience includes positions such as Residence Life Coordinator at the University of Waterloo and Child and Youth Worker with Pioneer Youth Services, emphasizing a commitment to supporting youth in various capacities. Bill holds a Master of Education in Educational Leadership and Administration from the Ontario Institute for Studies in Education of the University of Toronto, a Bachelor of Education from Lakehead University, and a Bachelor of Science in Kinesiology and Exercise Science from the University of Waterloo.
