Valerie White

Valerie White, BSW, MSW, RSW, is a dedicated therapist and owner at Mountain Counselling, providing individual, adolescent, child, and couples therapy both in-person and virtually since January 2023. With a background in business and financial planning, Valerie supports clients in high-pressure roles and actively organizes community events to raise funds for local charities. Currently serving as a Child and Youth Worker at Waterloo Collegiate Institute, Valerie has experience in various educational institutions and has held roles such as a social worker, researcher, and bilingual employment specialist. Valerie's educational background includes multiple degrees in social work and specialized training in DBT, complemented by additional certifications in French and hotel management.
