Glenn Phillips

Glenn Phillips is currently serving as a Senior Insights Consultant and Account Executive at Watermark, where insights drive progress in higher education institutions. Prior to their current role, Glenn held positions as a Lecturer at Georgetown University School of Continuing Studies, Director of Assessment at Howard University, Institutional Research Associate at The University of Texas at Arlington, and Adjunct Lecturer at Southern Illinois University. Glenn also worked as a Research Assistant and Adjunct Lecturer at Texas A&M University, where Glenn obtained their Ph.D. in Higher Education/Higher Education Administration. With a background in Mathematics, English, and History, Glenn has a strong academic foundation to support their work in the field of education.
