Ilse Hoes

Ilse Hoes, PhD, has extensive experience in the field of analytical chemistry and customer support within the pharmaceutical and technology sectors. Since October 2005, Ilse has held various roles at Waters Corporation, including Customer Success Manager for Europe, Manager of the Empower Consultancy Team for WGS Europe and India, Certified Trainer, and Informatics Consultant, where high-level consultancy for Empower® has been provided. Prior to Waters Corporation, Ilse worked at Eli Lilly and Company as an Assistant Senior Scientist focusing on automation and mass spectrometry. Earlier academic training includes a PhD in Chemistry from the University of Antwerp, complemented by a Master's and Bachelor's degree in Chemistry from the same institution and Limburgs Universitair Centrum Diepenbeek, respectively.
