Kayleigh Poudrier

Kayleigh Poudrier, MBA, SHRM-CP, currently serves as the Senior Specialist in Employee Relations for North America at Waters Corporation, a position held since October 2025. Previously, Kayleigh worked at R.H. White Construction in various human resources roles focusing on employee relations and engagement from November 2022 to October 2025.
