Kelly Knight

Kelly Knight has extensive experience in agile transformation and program management, currently serving as the Director of Agile Transformation at Waters Corporation since August 2019, where previous roles included Senior Agile Delivery Manager and Agile Delivery Principal. Prior to this, Kelly worked at Blume Global as a Senior Program Manager, focusing on agile coaching and program management. Experience at CA Technologies included serving as a Principal Agile Program Manager and Release Train Engineer for a major security product. Additional roles encompass project management and business analysis at companies such as Monster and Workscape, along with earlier positions in legal and engineering sectors. Kelly holds a Bachelor’s degree in Religious Studies from Wellesley College.
