Nhi Ho

Nhi Ho, MSc, CSM®, PMP, currently serves as a Volunteer at PMI Mass Bay Chapter since February 2024 and holds the position of Continuous Improvement Leader for Operational Excellence at Waters Corporation, where employment began in April 2022. Previously, Nhi was a Project Manager and contributed as a Global Student Ambassador for the Global Pathways program at Northeastern University College of Professional Studies from August 2021 to April 2022. Nhi's academic background includes a Master of Science in Project Management from Northeastern University, an MBA from the University of Northampton, and a Bachelor of Business Administration in International Business from International University - VNU HCMC. Nhi has also held various roles in organizations such as the NUPM Student Organization as Director of Marketing, demonstrating significant achievements in student engagement, and has experience in quality assurance and performance improvement as a coop student at Mass General Brigham Health Plan.
