Zimei Wang

Zimei WANG, an Associate Member of the Chartered Institute of Personnel and Development (Assoc CIPD), has extensive experience in human resources and information systems, currently serving as Senior Manager HRIS at Waters Corporation since April 2015. In this role, Zimei leads the HRIS and HR Shared Services teams, manages the corporate Applicant Tracking System ICIMS, and establishes standard HR processes. Previous positions at Waters include Manager HRIS and Principal HRIS Analyst, with responsibilities spanning customer support, HR business systems maintenance, and recruitment process design. Prior to Waters, Zimei worked as a Technical Recruiter at Quanta Consultancy Services, a Human Resource Department Assistant at Guangzhou International Medicine Port, and a Psychology Teaching Programme Supervisor at Guangzhou University of Traditional Chinese Medicine. Zimei holds a Master’s degree in Human Resources Management and Industrial Relations from The University of Manchester and a Bachelor's degree in Applied Psychology from Guangzhou University of Traditional Chinese Medicine.
