Hannah Upshaw

Hannah Upshaw is a Law Clerk at Waters Kraus & Paul since September 2023 and serves as an Assistant Lacrosse Coach at Marlborough High School from January 2023. Previously, Hannah worked as a Summer Associate at Robins Kaplan LLP from May to July 2023 and held the position of Paralegal at Molfetta Law from June 2020 to June 2022. Academic experience includes serving as a Research Assistant at USC Dornsife College of Letters, Arts and Sciences from January 2019 to June 2020, focusing on research projects regarding habits under the guidance of PhD students. Earlier roles include a Nutrition Staff Member at USC Athletics and a Clinical Intern at Montalvo Psychological Services, where Hannah contributed to client progress discussions and created session interventions. Hannah is currently pursuing a Doctor of Law - JD degree at Loyola Law School, Los Angeles, after earning a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology and Consumer Behavior from the University of Southern California in 2020.
