François Michelon

François Michelon is an accomplished executive with extensive experience in the healthcare and medical technology sectors. Currently serving as General Manager at Waters Medical Systems since 2025, Michelon leads North American business and growth strategy for CAIR-IGL, focusing on organ transplant preservation technology. Previously, as CEO and Board Chair of ENDRA Life Sciences from 2015 to 2024, Michelon guided the startup to clinical success with the development of a groundbreaking AI-enhanced ultrasound platform. At Biomet 3i, Michelon revitalized the commercial strategy of a dental implant provider, achieving positive growth after years of decline. A tenure at Smith+Nephew involved leading a surgical products segment, while early career roles at GE Healthcare focused on driving significant growth in the X-ray business.
