Eric B.

Eric B. has an extensive work experience in various leadership and sales roles. Eric is currently working as the CRO and Head of Sales at Watersavers Irrigation, where they lead the team and develops strategies to drive revenue and increase profits. Prior to this, Eric served as an Executive Board Officer at GOODWILL CENTRAL COAST from 2016 to 2021. Eric also has a background in the retail industry, having worked at West Marine in multiple positions including Regional Vice President, Regional Sales Director, B2B Sales Team Manager, and General Manager. In these roles, they were responsible for managing operations, P&L, sales teams, and developing growth strategies. Eric was also involved with the University of Washington as a Huskies@Work Mentor.

Eric B. has a Bachelor of Arts degree in Political Science and Government from the University of Washington. Eric also has an MBA in Executive Management and Organization Design from the same university.
