Fred In 'T Veld

Fred in 't Veld is a seasoned HR professional with extensive experience in interim and advisory roles across various municipalities and organizations. Currently serving as an interim senior HR advisor at Waterschap Hollandse Delta since April 2024, Fred provides expertise in labor relations, personnel issues, and organizational improvements. Fred is the owner of In ‘t Veld Interim & Advies, a consultancy focused on HR and labor law assignments since May 2012. Previous roles include interim HR advisor positions at Gemeente Roosendaal and Gemeente Voorne aan Zee, as well as project leadership at Omgevingsdienst Noordzeekanaalgebied, where Fred contributed to significant labor law implementations. Fred holds a Master's degree in law from Erasmus University Rotterdam and possesses a strong background in advising on employment conditions, legal matters, and team management.
