Alex Sola-Guinto

Alex Sola-Guinto has a diverse work experience in various roles and organizations.

Starting in 2012, Alex worked as an Administrative Assistant for Graduate Business Programs at Santa Clara University until 2014.

After that, Alex joined CEB, now Gartner, in 2014 and worked in Account Management until 2018.

In 2018, Alex transitioned to Pinterest as a Senior Technical Sourcer for Machine Learning. During this time, Alex also took on the role of Technical Sourcing Manager, leading a team of sourcers focused on specialized Tech & Biz roles.

In 2022, Alex moved to Step as a Lead Technical Recruiter. In this role, Alex focused on full-cycle recruiting for Engineering, Product, Design, and Biz, while also building out sourcing strategies and best practices.

Currently, Alex is working at Watershed, a software startup backed by Sequoia and Kleiner Perkins, as a Talent. Watershed helps companies reduce their carbon footprint and Alex is involved in hiring and supporting the growth of the company.

Alex Sola-Guinto received their Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) degree in Communication and Media Studies from Santa Clara University in 2014.
