Eli Gordon

Eli Gordon is a seasoned professional in climate advisory and sustainability, currently serving as the Manager of Climate Advisory at Watershed since April 2022, where leadership is provided to a team of experts from various sectors. In this role, Eli oversees climate advisory services for strategic clients, focusing on greenhouse gas accounting, climate commitments, decarbonization strategy, and ESG disclosure. Prior to Watershed, Eli worked at Boston Consulting Group as a Consultant and Climate & Sustainability Global Fellow, contributing to net zero strategies for multiple high-profile clients. Additional experience includes roles as Director of Policy for Noel for Colorado, an Undergraduate Teaching Assistant at the University of Colorado Boulder, and various internships in research and analysis. Eli holds a Bachelor of Arts with Distinction in International Affairs from the University of Colorado Boulder.
