Gerard Kohsiek

Gerard Kohsiek is currently the CEO of Green Real Estate B.V. since September 2024 and serves on the supervisory boards of Wooncompagnie and Waterweg Wonen, both active in the housing sector with portfolios of over 14,500 and 11,000 homes respectively. Additionally, Gerard Kohsiek has been a member of the advisory board at Stadmakersfonds since June 2020 and previously held the position of Director at Wonam from January 2017 to September 2024, focusing on the development of rental properties for young professionals in Amsterdam and Utrecht. Earlier experience includes serving as Director at Maarsen Groep from March 2006 to January 2017 and as a real estate advisor at Cushman & Wakefield from June 1999 to March 2006. Gerard Kohsiek holds multiple degrees including a Master's in Real Estate from Amsterdam School of Real Estate and a Master's in Dutch Law from the University of Groningen.
