Sarah Sergeant

Sarah Sergeant's work experience includes various roles in finance and accounting. Sarah is currently the Chief Financial Officer at Watkin Jones Group, a position they have held since November 2021. Prior to that, they were the CFO Designate at the same company from October 2021 to November 2021.

Before joining Watkin Jones Group, Sarah worked at Compass Group, where they held several positions. Sarah served as the CFO for UK&I from December 2019 to October 2021. Their previous roles at Compass Group include Group Financial Controller, Regional Director HSBC Account, Regional CFO Asia Pacific, Group Audit Director, Head of Financial Reporting & Control, M&A Director, and Group Reporting Manager.

Sarah also gained experience at BAE Systems as a Group Accounting Manager from 2006 to 2007. Sarah began their career at Price Waterhouse Coopers, where they worked as a Senior Manager from 1997 to 2006.

Sarah Sergeant attended James Allens Girls School from 1985 to 1991. Sarah then pursued a degree in History at The University of Edinburgh from 1992 to 1996, where they obtained an MA HONS.
