Marisol Gomez Melzi currently serves as the ESG Director at Watsco, Inc., leading environmental, social, and governance initiatives since January 2022. Previously, as the Marketing Director at Watsco Ventures, Marisol established a marketing organization and executed communication strategies for various incubated businesses. With experience as Senior Marketing Manager at ygrene, Marisol successfully launched national marketing campaigns resulting in over $40M in originations. Early career highlights include co-founding Nomadista.co, managing projects at Venture Hive, and engaging supporter development at Friends of the Earth. Marisol holds a Master’s in International Business from Grenoble Ecole de Management and a Certificate in Corporate Social Responsibility from the University of Colorado Boulder.
