Rob Ljubisic, P.Eng, MBA has over 20 years of experience in the telecommunications industry. Rob began their career in 1998 at Bell, where they held various management and technology positions. In 2011, they were appointed as the Sr National Director of Sales Management and Enablement, and was responsible for overseeing four portfolios representing $3B in annual revenue. In 2015, they were promoted to SVP Product, and in 2019 they were promoted to SVP of Sales.

In 2022, Rob joined WatServ as the Chief Commercial Officer (CCO). As CCO, their mandate is to build a world-class commercial organization that will meet strategic objectives including revenue goals, account management, new client growth, pipeline development, client renewals and partnerships.

Prior to joining WatServ, Rob also held the role of Client Executive at TD Bank, where they were responsible for leading the client success program for the Hosted Contact Center platform. Rob was also the Associate Director of Capital Finance at Bell, where they managed $2B in annual Capital program for fiber construction program, electronic equipment purchases for network transport, local access, and client edge devices. Additionally, they were the Associate Director of Engineering Design, where they led teams and personally designed and project managed network infrastructure including cable, infrastructure builds, and various telecommunications electronics. Rob was also nominated to chair the Mississauga Public Utilities Committee.

Rob Ljubisic, P.Eng, MBA obtained a Bachelor of Applied Science (B.A.Sc.) in Civil Engineering from the University of Waterloo between 1993 and 1998. Rob then went on to earn an MBA in Business Finance from the University of Toronto - Rotman School of Management between 2005 and 2006.
