Eric Emde

Eric Emde has a diverse work experience spanning over a decade. Eric began their career in the US Army as a Senior Career Counselor, where they managed transition operations and recruiting lifecycle for the US Army Special Operations. Eric provided technical advice and guidance to leadership on various military programs.

After their time in the army, Eric joined L-3 Communications as an HR Manager and CRM Administrator. Eric led a team of HR specialists, servicing thousands of soldiers in the Military Information Support Operations Command. Eric was responsible for program operations, personnel management, and served as the point of contact for command leadership regarding a customized CRM software.

Later on, Eric worked at Bioventus as a CRM Administrator, responsible for managing customer relationship management systems. Eric then joined Universal Logistics Holdings, Inc. as a Regional Field Recruiter, where they conducted lead qualification, managed the application process, and built a professional network for recruiting purposes.

Most recently, Eric joined Watson Electrical as an HR Recruiting Manager, where they are involved in various HR recruiting activities.

Eric Emde obtained a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration and Management, General from Post University. Eric attended Post University from 2009 to 2011. In addition, they earned a Lean Six Sigma Green Belt certification from the US Army Office of Business Transformation in August 2006.
