Eve Metlis

Eve Metlis has over 20 years of work experience, with a focus on real estate sales and production coordination. Eve started their career as a Real Estate Sales Associate at Watson Realty Corp. REALTORS® in 2005, specializing in selling various types of properties in Central Florida. Prior to that, they worked at NBC Universal from 2000 to 2005, initially as a Stage Manager/Production Coordinator and later as a Projects Coordinator. In these roles, they were responsible for communication and coordination with various departments, vendors, and outside companies, as well as managing production schedules and handling purchasing.

Eve Metlis obtained a Bachelor of Fine Arts (BFA) in Theatre Performance from the University of Central Florida from 1997 to 1999. Prior to that, they earned a High School Diploma in Theatre/Theater from the Palm Beach County School of the Arts from 1992 to 1995. Additionally, they have obtained several certifications in the real estate industry, including CRS (Certified Residential Specialist) from the Council of Residential Specialists in 2011, SFR (Short Sale and Foreclosure Resource Certified) in 2010, TRC (Transnational Referral Certified) in 2009, and GRI (Graduate Realtor Institute) in 2006.
