Phillip M. Galbo, P.E., F.ASCE has been a consulting engineer for 35+ years and currently serves as the Vice President & Transportation Department Manager at Watts Architecture & Engineering. Prior to that, Phillip M. worked at Hayden Wegman Consulting Engineers as a Project Engineer/Manager. With a Bachelor of Science in Civil Engineering from University at Buffalo and a Master of Business Administration in Accounting and Finance from Canisius University, Phillip has managed and designed a wide-range of civil engineering projects, including bridges, highways, streetscape rehabilitations, site development, and utility improvements.
