Paola Vega

Paola Vega is an R&D Engineer specializing in UHT and Fermented Dairy Products at Watt's S.A. since June 2019, with previous experience as a Quality Control Analyst at Ocean Spray Cranberries and as a Chemistry and Mathematics Teacher. Additional roles include a Stats Analyst for salmon production at Empresas AquaChile and an R&D Engineer for new product development at COLUN LTDA. Paola has completed several educational qualifications, including a Diplomado en Administración y Dirección de Proyectos from Pontificia Universidad Católica de Chile and a degree in Food Engineering from Universidad Austral de Chile. Ongoing education includes a focus on Sports Nutrition at Edutin Academy.
