Tara Rurak

Tara Rurak, SHRM-SCP has experience as a Sr. Human Resource Manager at Watts Water Technologies, handling responsibilities for the Export manufacturing facility and Watts America's Marketing Team. Prior to this, worked as a Human Resource Manager at OMNOVA Solutions and Independent Physician Services. Tara also served in various HR roles at Sodexo. Tara holds a Bachelor's degree in Hotel, Restaurant and Institutional Management from Penn State University and a Master's degree in Human Resource Management from La Roche College.
