Michael Steger

In 2002, Michael joined Waukesha Tool & Stamping as a program manager. After the management buyout in 2005, he became vice-president and COO of Waukesha Metal Products. His deep understanding of the technical requirements unique to manufacturing allows him to quickly analyze operational needs, make adjustments and meet customer expectations. In 2017, Michael was named President and Chief Operating Officer.

Michael holds a BA in business administration, an MA in business and management, as well as a certificate in human resource management from Cardinal Stritch University. He also holds a technical diploma in Tool and Die Design from AIT.
