Rick Fulcer

Rick Fulcer has been with Waupaca Foundry since June 2000, serving in various roles including Safety Trainer and 6S Team Leader. In these positions, Rick is responsible for training core room personnel across three shifts and leading the 6S team for Plant 1. Prior to these roles, Rick worked as a Trainer in the Maintenance department, where experiences included working as a Class A mechanic at US Paper Converting, Berlin Foundry, and Hillshire. Rick transitioned from Maintenance to production worker and ultimately became a trainer in the core room department, focusing on safety.
