Nicky van Den Berg

Nicky van den Berg serves as the Head of People & Culture at WAUW creative & digital agency since October 2022, focusing on enhancing the employee experience throughout the entire employee journey. Responsibilities include managing the Great Place to Work label and fostering a trusting environment driven by meaningful values and effective leadership. Prior experience includes managing daily operations and achieving revenue growth at Smallsteps kinderopvang from January 2020 to May 2022 and overseeing branch performance and consultant duties at UBN Uitzendbureau from July 2012 to January 2020. Nicky holds a Bachelor's degree in Sports, Management, and Business from Amsterdam University of Applied Sciences and has completed a coaching program at LOI, emphasizing self-reflection and coaching skills.
