Xinyi Zhang

Xinyi Zhang is a Senior Scientist at Wave Life Sciences since July 2023, previously serving as an Analytical Scientist at American Regent, Inc. from January 2020 to July 2023, where analytical methods for assays, related substances, and residual solvents were developed under cGMP requirements. Xinyi Zhang also worked as an Analytical Scientist at Piramal Pharma Solutions, focusing on method development, validation, and instrument troubleshooting. Prior academic experience includes roles as a Research Assistant and Graduate Teaching Assistant at the University of Kentucky, with research centered on inorganic pyrophosphatase and biomimetic membrane construction. Xinyi Zhang began with a Bachelor's degree in Biotechnology from China Pharmaceutical University and earned a Ph.D. in Chemistry (Biochemistry and Molecular Biology) at the University of Kentucky.
