Mark Harnett

Mark Harnett is an experienced professional in service design, research, and customer experience, currently serving as the Director at Mark Harnett Consulting since August 2019. Harnett’s client portfolio includes esteemed organizations such as Lloyds of London, BP, and HSBC Commercial Bank. In addition to consulting, Harnett has been providing expert advice as a Research & Design Advisor for Wave Talent since October 2020. Previous roles at Lloyds Banking Group from 2015 to 2019 included Design Lead for Special Projects and Head of Insight and Foresight, where Harnett led a multi-disciplinary team focused on innovation and strategic research. Earlier experience includes positions at EY-Seren, RiDC, Mott MacDonald, and Davis Associates Limited, where Harnett contributed to digital transformation, user-focused research, and ergonomic design. Harnett holds a BSc in Ergonomics from Loughborough University.
