Chris Duke is an experienced professional in the field of metering and billing, currently serving as the Metering & Billing Manager at Wave Utilities since November 2017. Additionally, Chris has held the role of Billing and Metering Manager at NWG (Northumbrian Water Group) since September 2016. Prior to these positions, Chris worked as a Billing System Tester, Super User & Trainer/Test Manager at Northumbrian Water Limited from May 2016 to September 2016, where responsibilities included preparing test scripts and scenarios for the successful implementation of a new billing system in the water industry.
