Silvia Istrate

Silvia Istrate began their work experience in 2006 as a Promoter for Philip Morris International. In 2008, they joined Raiffeisen Bank Romania as a Sales Consultant - Loan Analyst, where they promoted and sold various banking services and analyzed loan applications. Silvia later became a Customer Transaction Officer - Legal Entities, responsible for selling cash management solutions and maintaining partnerships with corporate clients. In 2013, Silvia joined Grup Sapte as a Financial Analyst, where they managed cost analysis, cash and investments, and developed new financial products. Silvia also cultivated relationships with banks and recommended best practices for liquidity and income management.

Silvia Istrate holds a Master's degree in Human Resource Management, which they obtained from Universitatea "Babeș-Bolyai" din Cluj-Napoca from 2008 to 2010. Prior to this, they earned a Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) degree in Banking and Finance from the same university, from 2005 to 2008. Silvia also completed their Baccalaureate in Biology-Chemistry at Colegiul National "Alexandrul Papiu Ilarian " in Târgu Mureș from 2001 to 2005.

In addition to their formal education, Silvia obtained certifications in different areas. Silvia is certified as a SCHWINN CYCLING BRONZE LEVEL INSTRUCTOR by Schwinn Fitness, which they obtained in March 2016. Furthermore, they underwent training in Sales and Services at Raiffeisen Bank Romania and received a certification for completing the program in November 2010.
